Paradise Park News

Good day all;
As of this morning, May 31.

The water  has receded to below the tree on the beach.
Sewer service has been restored.
Power has been restored to all but a few units along the beach.
Currently some breakers and power meters that are not working are being replaced.
The evacuation notice has been lifted.
Not sure when the heat will be turned on to the pool but expect that in the next week or so.

Things to remember as owners.

  • It is your responsibility to clean up your own lot/lots.
  • You might want to make sure all water logged  items under your unit, including insulation get taken care of.

Remember that our rescheduled AGM is being held at the Legion hall on Saturday June 16th.

I do apologise to all of you that did not receive a personal notice of the change, but I could only send out to the email addresses that I had.
All of this information is and has been on our park web site.

Your current executive look forward to seeing all of you at the AGM.

Thanks for your understanding and support.
Don Schultz
President

Recycling

Paradise Park has 2 sheds for recycling, located on the path to the beach. The shed closest to the road is for pop cans, beer cans, and any containers that have a deposit when you purchase them. The second shed closest to the beach is for other materials that can be recycled but no deposit has been paid on them. For a full list of what can be recycled go to Return It.

The recycle shed is manned by volunteers, so please keep it neat, tidy and organized.
